Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Lead Times
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please allow for the following production and shipping lead times:

  • In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 5-10 business days after processing.

  • Made-to-Order or Seasonal Items: May have longer lead times of 2-4 weeks, which will be communicated at checkout or via email after ordering.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship via national freight carriers for large items (tables, chair sets) and parcel carriers for smaller items (cushions, umbrella parts).

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Costs for large furniture are significant.

  • Delivery Service: Standard delivery is curbside. The carrier will deliver packaged item(s) to the curb or end of your driveway. They are not responsible for moving items up stairs, across lawns, or into your home.

3. Delivery, Scheduling, and Inspection

  • Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present to accept delivery.

  • Inspection: You must inspect all packages for visible damage before the driver leaves. Note any damage on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) and take photos. This is crucial for filing any damage claims.

4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

5. Delivery Issues
We are not liable for delays once the carrier has possession of the shipment. For lost or damaged shipments, you must follow the reporting procedures outlined in our Return Policy.
